How does the check-in work?

Here’s how our check-in process works: after you complete your booking, we'll send you a link for your online check-in. Click that link as soon as you get it to register yourself and all your guests! Once you’re done, your check-in is complete. All you need to enter the building and your room is a PIN code, which we'll send you by email on the day of your arrival. With that code you can come and go as you please—no waiting in the reception line, no lost keycards, and no charge for checking in late.

How can I request an early check-in?

You can request to check in early during the digital registration process! If we can make it happen, we’ll send you a text on the day of your arrival.

Just get in touch with our Guest Experience team, and we'll see if we can give you a little more time. It's dependent on how many guests are coming and going on your departure day.

Our Guest Experience team is ready and able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. They’re here to make sure your stay is unlike any other, and they’re good at what they do. Here’s the best part: they’re reachable 24/7, 365 days a year, over email, WhatsApp, Facebook or over the phone.

How often are the rooms cleaned?

Your rooms are professionally cleaned before you arrive, and we'll clean them again after you stay with us for one week. Before you judge, think of the advantages—less water used on laundry, less paper waste, no housekeeping banging on your door in the morning. If you'd still like your room cleaned during your stay, we can absolutely make that happen! Just get in contact with our Guest Experience team, and they'll be happy to arrange that for you. Note: it'll cost you a little fee, so be prepared for that.
